Pricing: All prices exclude VAT and delivery charge – unless stated otherwise. A VAT invoice/receipt is provided for all transactions.
Payment: Goods must be paid for in full (or in the case of accounts, pre-authorised by the account-holder) prior to dispatch. Accepted payment methods include; cash, bank draft, debit card or credit card. See full terms and conditions for account-holders at the end of this page.
Dispatch: For over-the-counter transactions, items will be released immediately upon payment. For telephone and on-line orders, items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment. Items will be dispatched by Courier for registered delivery. Delivery is available within the Republic of Ireland only.
Out-of stock parts: If an item is not in stock, we will advise you of the expected delivery date from the manufacturer. When the item is received by our parts depot we will notify you. Once payment has been received, we will dispatch accordingly.
Non-stocking parts / special orders: Full payment is required for all non-stocking parts / special orders. No returns on non-stocking parts / special orders.
Promotions: No credit on promotions or special offers (including account-holders). Offer is valid for duration of promotion only, or while stocks last. Promotions may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
Returns: Goods may only be returned within 7 days of receipt and with prior approval from Adare Machinery. No returns on special orders / non-stocking parts. Goods must be returned at your expense and in the exact same condition as supplied and including all packaging, product boxes, etc. You are liable for the goods until they are safely returned to Adare Machinery – note that proof of postage is NOT proof of receipt. Dispatch costs are non-refundable.
Loss or damage of goods: Loss or damage of goods must be notified to Adare Machinery within 2 days of receipt. In the event that you receive a short-shipment or faulty item, we will endeavour to repair or replace same for you. If it is not possible to repair or obtain a replacement, then we will issue a full refund. We will not accept under any circumstances liability for consequential loss or loss of profits arising on any contract.
Cancellations: Cancellations may incur a handling fee. No cancellations on special orders.
Warranty: Parts are subject to manufacturers’ warranties.
Legal title: Title does not pass until goods have been paid for in full.

Accounts which exceed their credit terms will automatically go ‘on hold’ until the outstanding balance has been paid.

Adare Machinery is no longer in a position to open new accounts or to offer credit facilities to dormant accounts.
Long overdue accounts will be referred onwards for further action.
